🦷 We’re Hiring: Pediatric Dentist (Pedodontist)
📍 Pearl City, Hawaii
🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Our client is seeking a compassionate, skilled Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD) who is passionate about creating positive dental experiences for children. What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including:
Preventive dentistry
Restorations
Extractions
Behavior management
Create a calm, positive, and child-friendly clinical environment
Utilize nitrous oxide sedation (certification preferred)
Communicate clearly and compassionately with both children and parents
Educate families on oral health, prevention, and treatment plans
Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and ethics

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completed residency or credentialing in Pediatric Dentistry (board certification not required)
Active dental license in good standing
Nitrous certification strongly preferred
Strong communication and behavior-management skills with children
Comfortable working efficiently in a high-volume pediatric setting
Open to 1099 independent contractor structure (no lab fees)
