Position Responsibilities

Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher

  • Support the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities
  • Help maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment
  • Assist with daily classroom routines (circle time, art, diapering, transitions, etc.)
  • Support parent communication through the mobile app
  • Capture photos throughout the day for daily reports and family updates

Required Qualifications

  • Currently working in a daycare or preschool setting, or recent experience in early childhood education
  • Genuine love for children and early learning
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to pass all state and company-required background checks
  • Basic comfort with technology and mobile apps (daily reports, photos, communication)

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Currently pursuing an Early Childhood degree and/or CDA
  • Early Childhood Education degree
