Job Description: As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our store, assisting customers in finding the right products while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. You'll play a key role in helping our customers with product selection, answering questions, and ensuring they leave satisfied.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on our products
- Process transactions efficiently at the point-of-sale
- Help maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Process products for the sales floor and assist with merchandise displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to make sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
