Real Estate Office/Bookkeeping Assistant

We are looking for an office/bookkeeping assistant to provide administrative support to a boutique real estate brokerage and property management company. Primary duties include compiling monthly financial statements for residential/commercial properties managed, depositing rental income at financial institutions, maintaining client documents, and answering phone calls at the office.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook and ability to learn online property management software (AppFolio).
- Experience with office bookkeeping and compiling financial statements.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and a good work ethic.
- Desired applicants have a background in and is pursuing a degree in accounting/finance/business.

No experience in the real estate industry is required as we are looking for someone willing to learn and grow quickly as a business professional. Recent graduates or Seniors are preferred as we hope this temporary role can lead to a full-time position.
