What We Look For in a HESI Tutor

  • Strong knowledge of nursing concepts, pharmacology, anatomy/physiology, and test-taking strategies.
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly and break down complex material for students.
  • A supportive, encouraging teaching style that helps students build confidence before their exams.
  • Experience in tutoring, teaching, or clinical nursing education preferred.
