Service Center Intern - Onsite

Position Summary

The Service Center Intern for Associa Hawaii, a property management company, supports the daily operations of the Service Center team. This internship provides hands-on experience in a professional office environment and is ideal for individuals interested in administrative services, customer support functions, and internal operations.

The intern will assist with mail processing, document preparation, and general office support tasks. This is a great opportunity to develop practical skills in communication, organization, and time management within a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with incoming and outgoing mail

Help organize and maintain electronic and physical client records

Support inventory checks and help restock supplies

Assist in preparing welcome packets for new clients

Help scan, print, and mail tax documents and other materials

Support general administrative tasks such as faxing, data entry, and scanning

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Service Center team

Desired Skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Willingness to learn and contribute to team efforts

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Familiarity with basic office equipment (scanner, copier, printer)

Qualifications

High school diploma or currently pursuing a diploma or college degree

No prior experience required—training will be provided

Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs

Some light physical activity, such as standing or lifting

Overtime not expected, but may be offered for special projects
