Financial Advisor Development Program (December 2025 Grads)
The Financial Advisor Development Program (FADP) is for college students graduating in December 2025 - ALL MAJORS WELCOME). Our Spring 2026 FADP starts on Monday, January 19th.
*This is an in-person program. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE AN EXISTING ADDRESS ON O'AHU.*
The FADP serves as a ramp up period into a Full-Time Financial Advisor role, allowing you to:
- Learn how to prospect and network to build your business and client base
- Develop and execute on a business strategy
- Call on potential clients and set meetings to understand their financial goals
- Prepare plans and offer useful recommendations
- Gain exposure to proprietary planning software platforms
- Engage in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings
- Receive Hawai'i State Insurance Producer License (Life and Accident & Health), with the opportunity to receive sponsorship for your Financial Securities License issued by FINRA
- Receive one-on-one mentorship from a full-time Financial Advisor in our firm
- Build life skills that create future career opportunities
You can continue to grow your practice and obtain support for registrations and certifications such as the Series 6, 63, & 7, and the CFP® designation. You will also get inspired at local and national recognition events, earn access to leadership programs, and collaborate with experts in our business. In fact, you’ll find diverse resources across our culture to ensure that you experience personal and professional growth in this program. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll have an opportunity to convert to a full-time Financial Advisor role.
