Administrative Assistant
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (however, flexible as needed)
Temp-to-hire
Rate of pay - $18 - $20/hr
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Primary responsibility is to manage the Front Desk.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Answer telephone calls from customers (both internal and external) and process these calls or direct them to the appropriate party.
- Assist in successfully resolving customer issues (both internal and external).
- Assist with processing customer orders.
- Assist with day-to-day clerical activities (filing, scheduling, mail distribution, etc.).
- Cash vault responsibilities which includes the counting of the Vending Routes collections and cash handling of the Delivery Routes.
